for items currently in our inventory require full (100%) payment via bank
transfer. Processing typically takes an average of 2 business days for funds to
clear. Once your payment is verified, your order is immediately dispatched.

Out-of-Stock Items: Orders
containing items not currently in our inventory require a 25% down payment to
initiate the process. The average lead time for these orders is 4 to 6 weeks.

offer tiered shipping benefits for bulk B2B purchases, provided standard
conditions are met:

for free shipping.

Orders over €5,000: Qualify
for free shipping along with an additional 3% total discount. (No additional
limitations apply).
Shipping Methods

shipments typically arrive within 3–5 days, while road shipments take
approximately 7–10 days.

Air vs. Road Criteria: The
shipping method is determined by comparing the actual weight to the volumetric
weight of your package.

If the
actual weight is greater than the volumetric weight, road shipping will be utilized.
o
If the
volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, air shipping will be utilized.
Example:
A box measuring 60x40x20 cm has a volumetric weight of 9.6 kg. If its physical
weight is under 9.6 kg, it ships via air. If its physical weight exceeds 9.6
kg, it ships via road.
o
Impression
materials is shipped via road transport.
o
Insurance
costs are not included in the free shipping offer. If you wish to insure your
shipment, an additional fee equal to 1% of the total invoice amount applies.
